These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the mentorship, coaching and educational services (the “Services”) provided by StreetBound Prep LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“StreetBound,” “we,” “us”). By booking a call, purchasing a program or using our materials, you agree to these Terms.
StreetBound provides one-on-one mentorship, interview preparation, resume and networking guidance, and written materials to students pursuing careers in investment banking. Our mentors are former banking professionals acting in an advisory capacity. Nothing we provide constitutes employment, placement or a job offer of any kind.
Recruiting outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, including your own effort, your academic record, market conditions and the hiring decisions of third parties. We do not guarantee interviews, offers, or any particular result. Any statistics or testimonials on our site describe past experiences and are not a promise of future performance.
Fees for each program are agreed before work begins and are payable as set out at the time of purchase. Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable once mentorship sessions have started. If you have a concern about the Services, contact us at the address below and we will work with you in good faith to resolve it.
You agree to provide accurate information, to attend scheduled sessions or give reasonable notice of cancellation, and to use the Services only for your own personal recruiting preparation. You are solely responsible for the content of any application, resume or communication you submit to an employer.
All guides, templates, question banks, trackers and other materials we provide are the property of StreetBound and are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use. You may not share, resell, republish or distribute them, in whole or in part, without our written permission.
We treat the information you share with us during the Services as confidential and will not disclose it to third parties except as required by law. You agree to keep confidential any non-public information about our methods, materials or other students that you learn through the Services.
StreetBound is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by any bank, financial institution or university. Firm and school names are used for identification only and remain the property of their respective owners.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, StreetBound’s total liability arising out of or relating to the Services is limited to the fees you paid to us for the program in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, including lost opportunities or lost income.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in effect when you purchase a program governs that program. Continued use of the Services after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
