Where our students placed
Created and taught by bankers who led summer internship recruiting.
A former recruiting captain from a major investment bank guiding you at every step, for as long as you need.
Everything written down, refreshed every cycle, and yours to keep.
Our mentors guide you through every stage of the recruiting process. As former recruiting captains, they ran resume screens, took networking calls, and sat on both sides of the interview and feedback process. We take that knowledge and put it to work for you.
Your mentor rebuilds your resume to banker standard and triple-checks every line, so nothing costs you the screen.
Targeted outreach lists, a personal tracker to stay organized, and emails written to get noticed. Everything you need to turn connections into interviews.
Banks have heard the same “why our bank” and “why investment banking” hundreds of times. Your mentor has been on the other side of that desk and helps you build answers that are authentic and stand out.
There is no room for error in a technical screen. Your mentor walks you through the hardest concepts and the fastest, cleanest way to answer them under pressure.
As many mock interviews as you need with your mentor, built around the exact process you are in, so you move forward at every round.
The final step is often six to ten back-to-back interviews in a single day. You prepare with your mentor beforehand, from fundamentals to brain teasers, so you can lock it down.
Students who ran a full cycle with a StreetBound mentor, in their own words.
My resume had gone out dozens of times with nothing to show for it. My mentor rebuilt it line by line, then helped me put together a targeted outreach list and rewrite my emails so that people actually responded. We ran technicals every week and a full mock before every round. By the time I reached the Superday I had already been through the format several times. I could not recommend the team more highly.
Coming from a large state school with limited on-campus recruiting, nearly every opportunity had to come through networking. My mentor built an alumni outreach list with me and ran call practice until my conversations felt natural rather than scripted. Two of those calls led directly to first-round interviews.
I started in September of junior year, which most people told me was too late. Rather than writing off the cycle, my mentor mapped out which firms were still active and built a plan around them. We ran technicals twice a week and a mock interview before every round. I signed in November.
As a freshman I did not realize the timeline was already moving. Having a clear month-by-month plan, rather than piecing one together from forums, made the difference. I went into sophomore recruiting prepared instead of scrambling to catch up.
Technicals were my weakest area. I could memorize answers but struggled the moment an interviewer asked a follow-up. I worked with Roy on one-on-one technical sessions, mocking weekly until the material became second nature, and he made sure I was prepared for the specific format of each firm’s process.
My “why banking” answer was interchangeable with everyone else’s. David worked through my background with me until the story was specific to my experience and my actual reasons for wanting the role. Interviewers consistently engaged with it, and it opened conversations rather than closing them.
